Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Gold Coast Ute Tool Boxes will offer you an exchange provided that:

  1. You return the item within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Products need to be returned to Gold Coast Ute Tool Boxes 15/7 Newcastle Street Burleigh Heads Qld 4220 at the expense of the customer and the item is in re-saleable condition including that....
  3. It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
  4. It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.
  5. Original postage/freight is non-refundable (if applicable).
  6. The customer will be responsible for the cost of postage/freight for the exchanged product to be delivered to them (if applicable)
  7. Present your original invoice/receipt at the time you return the item.
  8. If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind returns.

Warranty Returns

  1. Under our product warranty policy. Products need to be returned to Gold Coast Ute Tool Boxes 157 Newcastle Street Burleigh heads Qld 4220 at the expense of the customer.
  2. The customer also will be responsible for the cost of postage/freight for the repaired or replaced product to be delivered to them (if applicable).
  3. Present your original invoice/receipt at the time you return the item.

SHIPPING for returns?
Are original shipping rates refundable? Does customer pay for shipping the return?

CREDIT for returns?
Set how customer is credited for returned item.

Instore return option?
If you have brick and mortar locations, can customers return items there. Provide locations, directions and hours of operation.

Packing materials?
Do items need to be in orginal packaging for returns?
